General Terms

By using PrimeReside, you agree to comply with these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of new Terms. Misuse may result in account termination or legal action.

Submission of Listings

Users confirm they have legal rights to advertise properties, including images and documents. PrimeReside may remove inaccurate or misleading listings. Users are responsible for accuracy.

Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, designs, logos) is protected. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for account security. PrimeReside is not liable for account misuse due to negligence.

Membership

Registration does not guarantee membership. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Fees are non-refundable.

Online Conduct

Users must not post illegal, abusive, misleading, or promotional content unrelated to property listings. Violations may lead to suspension.

Payment Terms

PrimeReside does not store credit card details. Payments are non-refundable. Refunds for failed transactions depend on banks/payment gateways.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as-is”. PrimeReside is not responsible for property ownership verification or losses from reliance on property information.

Communication

By using PrimeReside, you consent to electronic communications via email, SMS, or notifications.

Disputes & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
